Patrick Rono and Co. was established on 16th of March 2007 as a purely conveyance practice with corporate clients. It has since grown into a full service law firm that constitutes of advocates, a legal researcher and a paralegal and administrative staff. Over the years, our scope of services has also grown, as has our clientele base, which now includes individuals (local and international), corporate clientele (local and international) and state clients. One of the attributes of the firm includes its resolve to provide amicable and effective solution-oriented services in a timely manner to its clients and working towards being universally recognized as a full service law firm.

  • Undertake court attendance and monitor all pending cases.
  • Peruse court files as directed by the legal manager from time to time.
  • Attend and update clients correspondences.
  • Draft and file affidavits of service.
  • Maintain a register of service of court processes.
  • Locate individuals to be served.
  • Adhere to rules and regulations.
  • Conduct title searches and make inquiries with various government departments local council.
  • Process stamp duty payments and registrations of documents at various registries.
  • Procure clearance certificates and consents.
  • Liaison at the land registry and government departments.
  • Perform any other or further duties as allocated from time to time.
